As M-Werk Fonds, we offer technology-orientated companies in Baden-Württemberg entrepreneurial equity capital in the course of growth and expansion financing.
Criteria
for target-companies:
At least EUR 5 million in sales
with sustainable profitability (> 5% EBITDA margin)
Positive operating cash flow
in the last three years
Appropriate equity-ratio
of at least 20%
Sufficient ability to service debt
Company history of at least three years
Viable business model
with good market position & prospects
Ideally based in Baden-Württemberg
Target-
companies
Both minority and majority shareholdings are possible for the M-WERK Fund. A minimum of EUR 1 million and a maximum of EUR 10 million in equity is invested per target company.
The M-WERK Fund provides growth capital and also participates in changes to the shareholder structure (change of shareholders, management buy-outs) and in the course of succession solutions.
